One of Bend's annual art festivals is Art in the High Desert. Over 350 artists from 27 states and Canada applied to be in the 2008 festival happening on August 22-24 in the Old Mill District of Bend, Oregon. This juried art event will showcase 110 of some of the best artists making this a not-to-miss event. Catch the 2009 event on August 28-30.
