Beautiful hot air balloons decorate the skies of Central Oregon at Balloons Over Bend. Rise and shine for the early morning launches at Jewell Elementary at sunrise and don’t miss the Night Glow at COCC. Featuring live music and acrobatic entertainment, the whole family will delight in seeing the inflated balloons light up in a dynamic show as the sun sets. Make memories this summer!
