Welcome to Embodied: An Evening of Conscious Dance and Elixirs. Join us on the first Friday evening of each month this Fall (October, November and December) as we explore the spaciousness between our breath, the way we move our body and the communal field we cultivate together.

Our evening will begin with an opening ceremony and nourishing lotus elixir – curated by Ashlee Gruver with love and intentionality. The gifts of the lotus are many – with benefits to the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, this gentle herbal ally will deepen our connection to self and support our journey into the dance.

Kelly Nie will lead conscious dance; a practice of remembrance and activation of the innate wisdom that lives within each of us. Through freeform movement, breath, and intuitive prompts, you’ll be supported in meeting yourself more fully: in the crevices, the edges, the grief, and the joy. This is a space to re-inhabit your body as a sacred vessel.
