New Years Eve Event – Chef Adrien’s Central Oregon Pop-up Restaurant Series

We invite you to experience the next season’s menu at our New Year’s Eve event. Captivating the essence of Central Oregon’s terroir through a modern, seasonal pop-up series crafted by Chef Adrien Calmels, an award-winning chef whose career spans Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris, New York, and Hong Kong.

The inaugural events, hosted by Put a cork in it wine bar in Bend, will feature a curated tasting menu celebrating the flavors and ingredients of Oregon’s oceans and winter abundance, featuring the best of our coastal harvest and seasonal ingredients. Each course highlights the region’s vibrant produce, thoughtfully paired with select wines for an unforgettable dining experience.
