Qigong & Meditation

Spend an hour and 15 minutes practicing unique qigong routines including movements from Ba Duan Jin, Animal qigong and Heaven & Earth. Before returning to the day we will engage in a walking and sitting meditation. The routines are slow and light. Each movement has modifications if one is restricted. Some movements also have challenges for those who need them. Sitting meditation is at the end of class and will be a tension release, smiling or layer release meditation with very subtle to no movements.
