Connect with nature and community while enjoying one of Central Oregon’s most unique outdoor experiences with a sauna session and river cold plunge. Learn why sauna is an invaluable practice for detoxing the body of environmental toxins and stressors.

Herbal tea and chlorella will be offered for detox support, generously donated by the Loving Fungi Apothecary.
