Meditation on Love
February 12 at 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm
FreeWe have the ability to train our minds to be prepared to deal with the rollercoaster of emotions that life, and love brings. And with love meditation, or self-love meditation, we can begin to cultivate more harmonious relationships with the important people in our lives-including ourselves.
Meditation on love and self-love has shown to reduce the tendency toward self-criticism, leads to positive growth in our confidence, reduces anxiety, depression and other forms of suffering that can arise from feeling that we are not “enough”.
4:00pm – 4:50 with Q&A Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
