We will take Buti Yoga and amp it up into a black light fueled, glow party led by Katie Ball Buti Yoga is a primal fusion of yoga, plyometrics, and tribal dance designed to transform your body and mind from the Inside out. All levels are welcome to this class!
Make sure to wear white or neon yoga apparel so you glow from head to toe.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one!
