Join us Friday, June 28th for a gentle yoga class overlooking the breathtaking rock spires of Smith Rock State Park. In this one hour flow, you will ground through the senses and cultivate presence, moving your body with your breath. You will practice with incredible natural rock spires as your backdrop, move under the vast evening sky and breathe in the high desert air. Everyone is invited to stay after class to connect with community over a local craft beer and soak up the setting sun. Experience yoga in one of Oregon’s most beautiful locations.
